How to Send Files Using safedrop
Sending secure files with safedrop is quick and compliant. Here’s how it works, from login to delivery. Need to send files securely to someone’s safedrop inbox? Here’s how to do it, step by step. 🔗 Step 1: Open the Inbox Link Click the safedrop inbox link provided to you. This takes you to their safedrop upload page. How to Update a safedrop
Yes, you can edit a safedrop after it's been sent. This is useful if you forgot a file, uploaded the wrong version, or need to remove sensitive info. 🔍 Step 1: Go to “Track safedrops” Log in to safedrop. From the top menu, click “Track safedrops” to view your sent safedrops. 📁 Step 2: Open the safedrop folder Find the safedrop you want to change. Click the 📂 folder icon next to it. On some services on legacy safedrop, there is an issue sending safedrops with a 1 year expiry. Whilst we fix this, the work around is to use the calendar date picker, and pick the date you want there. Tip, most teams are restricted to less than 1 year, so pick a shorter time!Few readers
