When closing your data room, you may want to keep a copy of all files and supporting materials for your records. We offer several delivery options to suit different needs — from quick digital downloads to secure physical copies with verification. Optional extras (such as an audit trail or site index) are also available on request.

About comfort letters :
One concern people sometimes have when requesting bibles is that the files are authentic and have not been tampered with. With this option, the data is downloaded as a .zip file, with the file’s SHA256 hash ID being calculated. This is then included in a signed comfort letter, so you can be comfortable that the data is verified.

Following on from a blog post we wrote about how DVDs don’t last as long as you expect, we advise our clients who are off-boarding content or closing their service with a backup to opt for USB delivery.
