# How To Upload & Download

## ⚠️ Upload Limit

Each upload method supports files up to **2GB**:
* Browser Upload
* Drag & Drop

### 📤 Uploading Files

###### Drag & Drop ( Easiest Method ) 
1. Go to the **Document Library** within your data room.
2. From your local computer, drag one or more **files or folders** directly into the browser window.
3. A prompt will appear—click **OK** to confirm and begin the upload.
**Note:**
* Dragging a folder will also include subfolders and files.
* Avoid using special characters in file/folder names: `? ” * < > ? / : |`


###### Upload Button ( Unsupported Browsers ) 
1. Navigate to the **Document Library**.
2. Click the **Upload** button at the top of the page.
3. Select the magnifying glass icon and browse to the file(s) on your device.
4. Click **Upload**, then click **OK** when done.
5. Repeat as necessary for additional uploads.

### Downloading Files 


**Downloading a Single File**
1️⃣ Open the **Document Library** in your site or data room.
2️⃣ Hover over the file you want to download.
3️⃣ A set of action options will appear on the right-hand side. Click **Download** to save the file to your computer.

**Downloading Files/Folders as a ZIP**

**Please note:** To download folders as a ZIP file, you'll need one of the following roles: **Consumer**, **Collaborator**, **Contributor**, or **Manager**.
1️⃣ Log in to the site that contains your data room.
2️⃣ Select the folders or files you want to download by ticking the checkboxes next to their names.
3️⃣ Click **Selected Items** in the top action bar.
4️⃣ Choose **Bulk Download (beta)** from the menu.
5️⃣ The system will process your request and email you when your ZIP file is ready to download. This usually takes 1–2 minutes.
**⚠️ Important Limits**
* 📦 Each ZIP request can be up to **4 GB**
* 📁 Each ZIP request can contain up to **2,000 files**
If your download exceeds either limit, simply split it into smaller batches.
