Bulk/Zip Downloading Datarooms

📧 Downloading folders as a zip

To download folders as a ZIP file, you must have one of the following roles: Consumer, Collaborator, Contributor, or Manager

1️⃣ Log in to the site containing the dataroom

2️⃣ Select the folders you want to download by checking the boxes next to their names

3️⃣ Click “Selected Items” in the top action bar

4️⃣ Select “Bulk Download (beta)”

5️⃣ The system will analyse your request and send you an email notification when the ZIP file is ready - typically 1-2 mins

⚠️ Important Limits
