# Bulk/Zip Downloading Datarooms

## 📧 Downloading folders as a zip

* To download folders as a ZIP file, you must have one of the following roles: **Consumer, Collaborator, Contributor, or Manager**

### Steps

1️⃣ Log in to the site containing the dataroom

2️⃣ **Select the folders** you want to download by checking the boxes next to their names

3️⃣ Click **“Selected Items”** in the top action bar

4️⃣ Select **“Bulk Download (beta)”**

5️⃣ The system will analyse your request and send you an **email notification when the ZIP file is ready - typically 1-2 mins**


⚠️ **Important Limits**
* 📦 Maximum **4GB per ZIP request**
* 📁 Maximum **2000 files per ZIP request**
