Bulk/Zip Downloading Datarooms

📦 Downloading Folders as a ZIP

To download folders as a ZIP file, you must have one of the following roles: Consumer, Collaborator, Contributor, or Manager

1️⃣ Log in to the dataroom and open Document Library

2️⃣ Locate the folder you want to download

(ZIP downloads are currently limited to 4GB per download)

3️⃣ Select the folder by marking the checkbox on the left side of the folder name

4️⃣ Click “Selected Items” in the top action bar

5️⃣ Choose “Download as ZIP” to begin the download process

I⚠️ Important Limits - if you have trouble, try downloading 1 folder at a time

To request a ZIP download of an entire dataroom, you must be a Server Administrator (this will expand to all users roles in May 2026)

1️⃣ Log in to the site containing the dataroom

2️⃣ Select the folders you want to download by checking the boxes next to their names

3️⃣ Click “Selected Items” in the top action bar

4️⃣ Select “Send me a ZIP”

5️⃣ The system will analyse your request and send you an email notification when the ZIP file is ready
