1 year expiry issue - cannot send safedrop

On some services on legacy safedrop, there is an issue sending safedrops with a 1 year expiry.

Whilst we fix this, the work around is to use the calendar date picker, and pick the date you want there.

Tip, most teams are restricted to less than 1 year, so pick a shorter time!
